Guiding Principles

It has always been my belief that the best place for a child is in their home environment. This belief will be a guiding principle of Endless Options L.L.C.

All children should be provided every opportunity to become a functioning member of both the family unit as well as society.

Endless Options L.L.C. will be a cooperative partner to all agencies involved with children on their case load.

Endless Options L.L.C. will lend its knowledge and skills to developing and maintaining successful program strategies to keep the child at home where they belong.

Through the designing and refining of specific tasks and goals agreed upon by the family, other support agencies and Endless Options L.L.C. progress can and will be seen in the quality of life for both the child and the family.

Our goal is to keep the family unit together and running as smoothly as possible. We believe that every child can succeed just given the opportunity and support.

Endless Options LLC was founded as a resource and support to families who are dealing with the realities of autism.

It is our belief that all autistic children have the ability to learn and in partnership with the family and other agencies an individualized program can be designed and implemented to obtain measurable progress.

The cornerstone of all effective teaching starts with clearly defined objectives that are supported by methodologies and strategies that maximize the child's strengths. Applying these principles on an intensive and consistent basis fosters success. Success encourages independence and from that independence you will see progress.

It is our mission to develop a learning environment that is not only enjoyable, but is the foundation for life long changes in both the ability levels and self-esteem of our children.

Professional Experience and Training

Our staff is comprised of many professionals with diverse backgrounds who offer their knowledge and experiences to the families they serve.

The manager of Endless Options LLC, Joseph Lindemon is a 25 year special educator in the state of Maryland. He has taught in both the public and non-public sectors and has worked directly with autistic children for over 20 years. During his teaching he has been involved in countless training, served as a mentor to new teachers and facilitated parent support groups on principles of behavioral management. In addition, he is a 13- year parent of an autistic son who receives waiver services. As a parent he has advocated for his son in both the educational and legal arenas.

Our family trainers consist of special educators, speech pathologist and occupational therapists who are highly energetic professionals actively working in their fields.

Our supervisors have at least a master's degree in a related field to education and have multiple years of experience working directly with the autistic population. Their role is to support the technician working in your home.

Technicians are members of your community who have an interest in working with autistic children. All members of our staff undergo a criminal background check in addition to providing references.

Jobs

You can make a difference in a child's life. We're looking for enthusiastic, open minded and caring individuals interested in working with autistic children. As a member of our team you will be provided with ongoing training and support. Hours are available during the week in the afternoon and early evening. (Generally between the hours of 3:00pm to 8:00 pm). Saturday and Sunday hours are typically between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm. Technicians can work as little as one day per week to as many as five.
