Once you have been contacted by our office and have had an interview with a prospective family, you will be asked to provide references. In the box below, you and your potential references will find links to forms which may be printed, completed, and submitted by fax (410-526-0056) or mail.
STEP THREE:
You must download an employee packet from this website and complete all forms.
Once you have completed all forms, plus provided us with a copy of your high school diploma or an unofficial copy of a college transcript, a start date will be defined and the family trainer will work with you on all treatment plan goals.
The following positions are sometimes available at Endless Options: Technician
Qualifications:
- Technicians must have a high school diploma, reliable transportation, pass a criminal background check and be both responsible and reliable.
- Salary starts at between $13.50 and $15 per hour based on your experience and educational background.
- Two years experience working with adults and/or children with special needs. Having a family member who is disabled may qualify as experience.

Family Trainer
Qualifications:

Certification in special education, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy and behavioral analysis with at least two years working with autistic children.

A license in either social work or psychology with at least two years experience working with autistic children.
- Family Trainers will be responsible for assessing the effectiveness of present goals as well as writing new goals when needed. They will advise the family in a variety of areas such as behavioral management and crisis, sensory integration, speech and language therapy and social development.
- Salary starts at $50 per hour working directly with the family.

Supervisor
Qualifications:
- A master's degree in a related field and five years experience in autism.
- Supervisors will oversee the present goals, analyze data, demonstrate lessons for the technician and act as intermediary on issues arising between the technician and the family. Issues such as attendance, not calling to change scheduled times, a need for additional services etc.
- Salary starts at $30. per. hour working directly with the family.

Applicants must be willing to travel to a family's home on average between two to five times per month based on the needs of that family.
All applicants must be team players who are able to articulate their beliefs in a professional manner so the team can facilitate a consensus based on the best interest of our clients.
Criminal Background Check
State law requires all applicants to undergo a criminal background check. That consists of completing both a state and federal background review. If you have undergone a criminal background check in the last 180 days, you may complete a criminal justice form that authorizes C.J.I.S. to release a copy of that report to Endless Options LLC. Please call management to request form and review procedures.
