Endless Options LLC provides in-home and community services to children with autism. We provide services to families under the autism waiver and consultation to families not on the waiver. Our belief is that all children can learn and by providing systematically defined strategies based on the strengths of a child meaningful learning does occur.
Family Training Role
It is the role of the family trainer to provide a family with support in a variety of areas such as behavioral management techniques, communication strategies, functional academic goals and a variety of other needs identified by the parents. Once identified the needs are written in goal form with specific methodologies and strategies clearly described. It is these methodologies and strategies that will provide the foundational structure for learning to occur.
It is our belief that all children can learn and by modifying instruction to meet the needs of the child learning occurs. The family trainer will provide support in assessing the child's strengths, modifying the complexity of instruction, identifying the frequency to task for learning to occur and other variables unique to each child. This information will be used as the building blocks of each program we design and support. The family trainer will serve as a resource for the family on topics specific to autism.
It is also the role of the family trainer to act as the team leader for all employees from Endless Options LLC, working in your home. They will coordinate all staff meetings and provide direct feedback to both the family and management.
Intensive Individualized Support Service ( IISS )
IISS services are designed to provide instruction on a scheduled basis to children with autism in the areas of communication, community, daily living, socialization, physical fitness, recreation and independence. Once goals have been approved by the family one or several technicians will be trained to work those goals within your home.
A supervisor will work with the technician or technicians to provide direct training and support in your home between one to five hours per month as needed. In addition to providing direct training and support the supervisor shall be available to demonstrate lessons and provide support on community outings as requested.
Respite Care
Respite services are provided for short-term care to the child allowing all or part of the family to participate in activities outside of the home. Respite care provides childcare and is not meant to the educational. Respite care providers provide direct support on an as needed basis and are monitored indirectly by management. |
